For Clients

Having access to AnyGood? will help you to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of hiring. This is how;

Share

You will share the details of each role on our custom built platform and they will be instantly viewable by our trusted network. Of course the more details you share, the more closely our members can match a candidate. You can also post roles anonymously if they are sensitive.

Recommend

We’re very precious about our network, so joining is by invitation only. We validate that anyone joining meets our quality criteria, then each person signs up to our strict code of conduct and we continue to monitor performance throughout. We can do this easily as we monitor each recommendation put forward and of course you record your view of the quality of each candidate too. You will receive a personal recommendation and CV for each candidate based on the role you shared. The CV’s you see are those provided directly by the candidate, completely unaltered.

Hire

Once you have a shortlist of candidates, you rate the quality of the recommendations and decide who you’d like to meet. You have access to all of their information so are free to connect and take them through your recruitment process. When you find the person you’re looking for and hire them, you pay a one off fee. That’s it… then you can renew contracts, make someone permanent who was temporary, whatever you choose.

For Members

The quality of our community is so critical that membership is by invitation only. It’s a trusted community where maintaining quality is in everyone’s interest. Here’s why;

Share

When you’re invited to join, your experience and skills will be reviewed against our criteria. If accepted, you’ll need to sign up to our code of conduct. This ensures that everyone is clear about how our community works. Once a part of the network, you will see roles that clients are posting. The only reason clients will continue to use AnyGood? is if the quality of recommendations are high, so we monitor what clients think of recommendations. You’ll see what they think of your recommendations too.

Recommend

When recommending a candidate for a role you need to be confident that they are not only a great person, but right for that specific role and company. Once you’ve written your personal recommendation, the candidate will receive a message from us and confirm that they want to be put forward. They upload their CV and the client will see this and your recommendation.

Hire

The client reviews all of the candidates and rates the quality of the recommendations. When your candidate is hired, you will receive a one off payment of £1,500 (plus VAT if applicable). You also receive what we call a ‘network share’. Network shares are our way of recognising the value members are adding to the community as a whole. We provide network shares both when a candidate is hired and a new member is introduced and accepted onto the network.

The AnyGood? member network is a unique community to belong to, where there is a direct relationship between the value you add and the value you receive.

For Candidates

Share

The roles on our platform are only visible to our members. This means that if you are ‘AnyGood?’, members in your network will have exclusive access to roles and be able to recommend you directly to clients. Here’s what happens;

Recommend

A member will see a role posted by a client and will think you’re right for the role. Then they’ll get in touch to make sure you’re happy to be put forward. You’ll receive a message from us so you can confirm you are interested and it gives you the chance to upload your CV. We don’t change your CV in any way and we leave all of your contact details on there. Other than the client and member, nobody externally will see that you have been put forward or have applied for a role.

Hire

You will be notified whether you have been shortlisted or not and the client will get in touch to arrange next steps. You are then free to continue your conversations directly. Any negotiations are between you and the client and we are simply informed whether or not you have been hired.
